These terms cover this website only. They are not your contract for the work.
Your job is governed by the written estimate you sign with WS Painting & Remodeling LLC — scope, price, schedule and warranty all live there. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed estimate, the estimate wins.
Using this site
You are welcome to read it, print it and share it. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at volume, or submit the estimate form with details that are not yours.
Estimates and pricing
Any price range published on this site — including the cost guides — is a general guide for planning, not a quote. Real prices depend on the condition of the surfaces, access, materials, and what we find once we are on site. The only binding number is the one on a written estimate signed by both of us.
Submitting the form
Sending the estimate form asks us to contact you about your project. It does not book work, hold a date, or create an agreement. By submitting it you confirm the phone number is yours and you are happy for us to call or text it about your enquiry.
Photographs of work
Project photographs on this site are of work performed by WS Painting & Remodeling LLC. Conditions, materials and finishes vary from job to job, so they show the standard of work rather than a guaranteed result for any other property.
Reviews
Customer quotes on this site are reproduced verbatim from our public Google Business Profile and are attributed to the reviewer who wrote them. We do not edit, shorten or write them.
Other companies' trademarks
Product and organization names and logos belong to their respective owners. Where we name a paint manufacturer we are identifying the materials we use; that is not a claim of sponsorship, endorsement or partnership.
Links out
Where we link to another site — our Google profile, an accreditation listing — we are not responsible for its content.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and correct errors when we find them. Nothing here is a warranty beyond what your signed estimate states.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
