This policy covers WS Painting & Remodeling LLC and this website. It is written to describe what actually happens when you use the site — not to cover every possibility.
What we collect
Only what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, the services you select, your ZIP code, and optionally your email address, project address and notes. Nothing is collected from you anywhere else on the site.
We do not ask for and have no use for payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive identifier. Please do not send them through this form.
Why we collect it
To call you back and quote your job. That is the only reason. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.
Where it goes
The form submits to a server-side function on our own hosting, which passes it to the system we use to track enquiries. It is readable by Dan James and anyone who handles scheduling or estimating for us. It is not shared beyond that.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Turnstile is privacy-focused: it does not track you across websites and does not set advertising cookies. The verification token it issues is checked once on our server and then discarded — it is never passed on with your enquiry.
Analytics
We use a cookieless analytics tool to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not build a profile of you. That is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are quoting and for as long as the job and its warranty period run, because we need the history if you call us back about work we did. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are required to keep a record of work performed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (470) 419-0922 or email info@wspaintingremodeling.com and we will handle it. There is no form to fill in.
Children
This site is for people hiring a contractor. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
