Two things, both done properly
Most contractors are good at one and tolerate the other. Dan's crews carry painters and finish carpenters, which is why the same team can repaint your exterior and gut a bathroom.
Painting
Prep is the job. Surfaces get repaired, caulked and primed before a topcoat goes on — which is why the exterior work is still holding years later.
Remodeling
Kitchens, baths, basements and additions — permitted, project-managed, and photographed for you daily.

- Customers repeatedly describe Dan returning after completion to walk the work.
- Itemized quotes, with photos
- Detailed written estimates and daily progress pictures. Reviewers call the process transparent and stress-free.
- He makes it right
- Backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty, and by a repeat-customer rate unusual in this trade.
- Clean sites
- Tidied daily. It is the detail reviewers mention most after the finish quality.
Customer Testimonials
Every quote below is verbatim from a named reviewer on the live Google profile. Nothing is edited, shortened or written by us.
“This was the second or third project we hired Dan and his crew to complete for us… if there is something that is not to your liking, he will make it right. Not the norm in the contractor world.”
“The team painted the entire exterior of our 30-year-old home (replacing or patching damaged materials where needed) with exceptional care and attention to detail in 2 days… What impressed us most was that he returned after the job was completed to personally inspect the work.”
Full exterior repaint, 30-year-old home
“We totally gutted THREE, 40+ year old bathrooms, and the results are INCREDIBLE! … There was intricate tile work required and they delivered impeccable results!”
Three full bathroom gut renovations
“As an interior designer, my focus is quality of work for my clients… I especially appreciate suggestions for a course correction on my plan that resulted not only in cost savings but in a much more pleasing and functional result.”
